We ship via UPS and USPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.
What do I do if I need to return something?
Can I Cancel order After payment complete?
After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.
After that date, item will be produced and we can’t support any further.
Why does my order have separate shipments?
Products are shipped from different locations within our printing network across the US. If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times.
How long does it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing & shipping for orders placed within the USA. Orders that require prescription approval or personalization may take longer to ship.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

What's your Return Policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications. However, if the medication you received is incorrect or damaged we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
